Sudan
We visited many refugee camps in Sudan. It was amazing to all of us to meet many of these people and to see the joy and happiness in them, despite everything that had happened to them with war and great need and suffering. We found there incredible people that loved Jesus so much. It really impressed me how bold these people were. Their worship-team consisted of one drum, but it was wonderful. I was invited to come to the head quarter in the Pentecostal Church in Kahrtoum to preach. After the meeting was finished one of the Pastors came to the pulpit and said: " Now we understand that the Lord is not a respecter of man, we understand that also women can be filled with The Holy Spirit!" If this was the only reason for me to travel to Sudan it would have been totally worth all the effort!
